1. Play at least one (1) real money spin of €0.50 on any of the participating games (“Qualifying
Bet”).

Mega Tournament – General Terms & Conditions
 The Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament runs from 25th April 2025 10:01 CEST until 4th May 2025 at
23:59 CEST (the “Promotional Term”). This is a network promotion operated by Pragmatic Play
and prize pools are shared across different operators.
 To take part in the Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament, you are required to join or opt-in for the
tournament through any of the participating games.
 By opting in for the Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament, you hereby agree to abide by these Terms
and Conditions.
 To qualify for a prize, you need to play real money spins on any participating games with a
minimum bet stake of €0.50 and collect at least one leaderboard point to qualify for prizes.
 No tournament points are rewarded for game play prior to opt-in, and points will not be rewarded
retroactively.
 The Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament’s prizes are awarded as a Luxury Fishing Trip to the
Bahamas, or fixed cash amounts according to the final leaderboard positions at the end of the
tournament. Winners are ranked in descending order, from the highest to the lowest position,
according to their final score.
• The Luxury Fishing Trip to the Bahamas equates to a total of €35,000 (or the currency
equivalent) and includes transportation, 5-night accommodation, meals, and a private
fishing trip for 2 persons and other activities within the prize budget based on winner’s
preference. Any additional costs and insurances for the trip are the sole responsibility of
the prize recipients.
 The prize is non-transferable, and winners can request to be exchanged for
withdrawable cash as stipulated by the market regulations of the winning player.
 Pragmatic Play is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by the
winner and the accompanying individual as a result of accepting and using their
prize.
 The winner may be requested to feature in Pragmatic Play’s social media posts.
Pragmatic Play will not publish any such posts without the winner’s prior consent.
 If the winner directly tags Pragmatic Play in a social media post, they grant the
company permission to reshare the post on its official social media accounts
without requiring further written consent. By tagging the company, the winner is
deemed to have provided consent through a clear statement on their profile
indicating acceptance of the proposed processing of their personal data on
Pragmatic Play’s profile.
 All prizes are detailed and displayed within the "Prizes" section of the promotional menu available
in-game.
 The score is calculated as the total sum of all wins multipliers received during the Take Me Fishin’

Mega Tournament. Points are earned for every spin played with a Qualifying Bet that results in a

win multiplier (win divided (/) by stake) exceeding one (1). Win multipliers with decimals above
0.5 are rounded up to the next whole number, while those under 0.5 are rounded down to zero
(0).
Score calculation example for illustrative purposes only:
Score = Win / bet + … + Win / bet
You bet €1 and win €50 => Score = €50 / €1 = 50
You bet €5 and win €1,000 => Score = €1000 / €5 = 200
You buy a Free Spins feature on a Bonus Buy bet amount of €20 and win €1,000 => Score = €1,000
/ €20 = 50
Your final score will be 200 + 50 + 50 = 300
If you purchase an in-game bonus feature (Bonus feature or Free Spins feature) in any participating
game (“Bonus Buy”) or place a Super Spin, Double Chance Bet, or Triple Chance Bet, the Take Me
Fishin’ Mega Tournament score will be calculated based on the corresponding Bonus Buy or
special bet amount, and not the base bet amount.
If a Bonus/Free Spins feature is triggered during gameplay and you reach the maximum multiplier
win before all Free Spins are completed, the remaining Free Spins will be forfeited. The total
amount won, including any wins from the initial spin, will count toward your Take Me Fishin’ Mega
Tournament score.
If you win a Jackpot in any participating game, the Jackpot win will not be counted for the
tournament score.
If the auto-play feature is in use and you if you navigate away from the in-progress game to view
the tournament promotional menu, the auto-play feature will not be paused or stopped.
In the event of a tie, players with the same number of tournament points will be ranked based on
who reached the points score first.
The tournament is updated in real time, allowing you to view the leaderboard in real-time and in-
game at any time of your own choosing when playing the participating games.
Other General T&Cs
There is no additional cost required to participate.
Any cash prizes won will be yours to keep with no wagering requirements or withdrawal
restrictions.
A portion of undistributed funds from the Drops & Wins network promotion will be awarded to
players in this promotion.
The advertised currency conversion rate is determined solely by Pragmatic Play and is calculated
using a Euro currency multiplier applied to the player’s local currency.
Only the first one thousand (1,000) Qualifying Bets placed daily on any participating game will be
eligible to score on the Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament leaderboard (the “Qualifying Bets
Limit”). Once the limit is reached, you can continue playing, but your bets will no longer count
toward the Take Me Fishin’ Mega Tournament score.
The list of participating games can be found in the Promotions section of the Pragmatic Play lobby,
as well as in the promotional or any other dedicated category on the platform.
The participating games include all available versions of the selected slots. You can play the Take

Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion, including any
related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendments will not affect players who have
opted in unless necessary to manage or prevent fraud and other unlawful behavior.
Pragmatic Play reserves the right to review players' activities to detect any potential abuse. Should
such a review uncover abusive or unlawful behavior, Pragmatic Play may forfeit winnings and

platform owner where the player is registered may take legal action to uphold the fairness of the
Promotion for all participants.
In case of any discrepancy between the English Terms & Conditions and any other language, the
English version prevails.
